Print data delivery ( type of file)
Please send us the print data in a PDF/X3, PDF/X4 or PDF-format.
We need the pictures in a 300 dpi resolution. All typicial graphic and office software programs are suitable to create such formats. Send us the PDF file through the sample or order formular. Alternatively is it possible to send it by mail to info@mr-mousepad.co.uk .
If you cannot create a PDF file, please contact us. We are happy to help you.
Checking of the print files
Is always included and without any additional costs.
Delivery
We exclusively deliver our products with UPS. With the tracking information you are always informed, where your mouse mats are and when they will be delivered.
As soon as you uploaded the file for the free sample, we will produce it and send it out the same day, if it is a business day. After you confirmed the sample and authorized the order, it usually takes two business days, until we delivered the whole edition.
That is how you create the print data, as shown by the example of our basic mouse mat (24×19 cm)
In diesem Beispiel (24 x 19 cm): In this example (24x19cm ): Please create the print file on a scale of 25x20cm.
The mouse mat will be punched on 24×19 cm. Put important elements of the design 5mm away from the punch line,
to be sure that everything will be on the mouse mat. The whole set is therefore 23x18cm.
